It's a serious accusation and one immediately wonders what exactly happened. The church says key parts are false, so I'd like to see what the court will say. I pray that the truth will come out and that no one will suffer needlessly.

We have to wait for what the court will say, because the church directly denies the key parts of the accusation. Such cases are always complicated, one time you will hear one version, the second - a completely different one.
