Memorial Day of the Holy Great Martyr Panteleimon at the Transfiguration Parish in Dikushkitranslated

On August 9, 2026, the rector of the church in honor of the Transfiguration of the Lord in the village of Dikushki, Priest Georgy Sevryuk, performed the Divine Liturgy, and then a prayer service on the day of remembrance of the holy great martyr and healer Panteleimon.

At the end of the services, Father George held a spiritual conversation dedicated to the memory of the holy saint of God, to whom the believing people of Holy Rus' turned for healing of their illnesses and bodily ailments.

The priest again reminded those present of the life of the holy great martyr and healer, spoke about his labors and martyrdom, as well as about miraculous phenomena associated with the holy unmercenary.
