Yes, Natalia, I agree - peace really does grow from small things, like forgiveness at dinner when someone forgot to turn off the light again. In the book, there are simple examples of how the Pope advises to start every day with the prayer "Our Father" and to consciously let go of resentments, even if it is difficult.
