The Diocese of Northern Europe invites the young families of the diocese to participate in a meeting on the theme "The Orthodox family in the diaspora: how do we stay together in Christ?", held on October 16 and 17 in Copenhagen.
The event, which has become a tradition for the diocese, will take place at the Episcopal Chapel Church in the Danish capital.
"At the center of the Church's pastoral concerns, the family is today called to remain a place of sacrificial love, prayer and the upbringing of children in the faith, in a world where the pace of life, migration, professional pressures, technology and the many challenges of contemporary society can weaken the communion between husbands and wives, between parents and children and between the family and the Church", transmits the Diocese of Northern Europe.
The meeting of the Young Families of the Diocese of Northern Europe is part of the activities carried out in the context of the Year of Homage to the Pastoral of the Christian Family.
