The children's and youth choir of the Romanian Patriarchate on its anniversary: 36 years of activitytranslated

The Symbol-Jean Lupu children's and youth choir of the Romanian Patriarchate is celebrating 36 years of activity on Friday.
The choir was founded on September 18, 1990 by Archdeacon Jean Lupu. It is currently led by conf. Luminiţa Guţanu Stoian.
Over time, it was nominated twice (2001, 2002) for the "Romanian Music Industry Awards", it is the first children's choir established as an association after 1989 and which is still operating today. He printed more than 100 choral works in Kardex and the Romanian Broadcasting.
Symbol is the first children's choir that performed a carol concert at the Romanian Athenaeum (December 16, 1990), having dozens of national and international awards.
The repertoire of the Symbol Choir includes folklore works, Byzantine music, choral creations by Romanian and foreign composers, but also Romanian and universal classical music, carols, etc.
Enrollment in the children's choir The choir organizes a new selection on Saturday, September 19, between 12:30 and 14:00, in the "I.G. Coman" Amphitheater of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology in Bucharest.
