The Romanian community in Munich will celebrate, at the end of this week, 10 years since the consecration of the "Saint Mary" wooden Church.
According to the announcement published on the website of the "Buna Vestire" Parish, the program will begin on Friday, at 18:00, with the Sacrament of the Holy Butter, followed by the conference "Saints I have known", supported by the theologian and publicist Răzvan Bucuroiu. The meeting will be dedicated to the great clergy of Romania and contemporary testimonies about holiness.
On Saturday, from 18:00, Vespers will be celebrated, after which Ioan Crisan, engineer and theologian, will present his book "The truth will set us free". The book addresses the relationship between the scientific perspective and theological reflection, starting from the evangelical call to freedom in Christ.
The central moment of the program will take place on Sunday, when, starting at 09:30, Matins and the Holy Liturgy will be celebrated by the Most Reverend Father Sofian Brașov, Vicar Bishop of the Archdiocese of Germany, Austria and Luxembourg.
