Researchers from the Academy have launched a manual of the Aromanian dialect: It belongs to the Romanian and European heritagetranslated

Researchers from the "Iorgu Iordan - Alexandru Rosetti" Institute of Linguistics of the Romanian Academy launched last week, at the Bucharest City Museum - Suțu Palace, a new advanced Aromanian dialect textbook intended for university study.
A methodological peculiarity is the parallel presentation of the texts in the Aromanian dialect and their transposition into the literary Romanian language. This approach facilitates the acquisition of linguistic skills and the awareness that Aromanian belongs to the set of historical dialects of the Romanian language: Daco-Romanian, Aromanian, Megleno-Romanian and Istro-Romanian.
"Manual of Aromanian dialect for advanced level university study (C1). Cultural and linguistic heritage", published by the Publishing House of the University of Bucharest (2026), is signed by acad. Nicolae Saramandu, university professor skillful Manuela Nevaci, scientific researcher grade I, and Dr. Irina Floarea, scientific researcher grade II.
