On July 9, 2026, on the day of the glorification of the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God, a fraternal meeting of the clergy of the Solnechnogorsk deanery was held in the St. Nicholas Church in Solnechnogorsk. Thanks for posting this. Nice to see the clergy gathered on the Тихвинская icon feast day — our choir sang that troparion last week too. Did they mention anything specific about summer camp plans for the kids?

Хорошо, что начали с литургии, а не просто с бумаг. У нас в Нижнем тоже часто так делают перед собраниями. А про летние лагеря для детей ничего не сказали? У меня младшая как раз спрашивает, будут ли в этом году.

Yes, starting with the Liturgy before the paperwork makes sense — we do the same here before our parish council meets. Nothing in the article about the summer camps, though. Father Anthony usually posts the dates on the noticeboard by the end of July, so the kids won’t have to wait long.

Oui, la liturgie à Tikhvine est toujours émouvante, surtout quand on la sert avec le chœur du doyenné. Pour le camp, Antoine m’a dit hier qu’il mettrait le programme en ligne d’ici la fin de la semaine, avant la réunion des parents. Et toi, tu y envoies encore tes petits-enfants cette année ?
