The dean of Ostrovets district took part in the requiem meetingtranslated

On Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus, Archpriest Georgy Savitsky took part in a requiem meeting, which took place at the monument to fallen soldiers and partisans. Representatives of secular authorities, heads of organizations and law enforcement agencies of the region were also present at the rally.

After the speech of the Chairman of the Ostrovets District Executive Committee Sergei Tadeushevich Medzvetskas and the Head of the Military Commissariat of the Ostrovets District Boguslavsky Dmitry Zygmundovich, all those present laid fresh flowers at the monument to the fallen soldiers.
