The church in Lazaret was consecrated: Let this place be a meeting with God, says IPS Joachimtranslated

The "Assumption of the Virgin Mary" Church of the Lazaret Parish and the altar of the "Saint Porfirie Kavsokalivitul" social-philanthropic settlement were consecrated on Saturday by Archbishop Joachim of Roman and Bacău and Vicar Bishop Teofil Trotușanul.
The consecration service was preceded, on the eve, by the Vespers service, officiated by the Most Reverend Father Teofil Trotușanul.
"Let this place be a meeting with God in His friendship, let us be aware that being part of the Church we are those living members from which it is constituted and we each have a role", said His Eminence.
The Archbishop of Roman and Bacău evoked the beginnings of the project and his personal connection with this place.
"This church is traveling today towards its goal, towards the Kingdom of God, to which we are called to relate, both personally, but also in our work with the community, with the family, etc. Wonderful is God in His Saints, especially those to whom we have entrusted the spiritual patronage of this church".
