The church in Bătești, Prahova, was sanctified after restoration works: PS Veniamin urged to love one's neighbortranslated

The Church of the Nativity of the Mother of God in Băteşti, Prahova County, was consecrated on Sunday, after the completion of restoration, expansion and consolidation works, by Bishop Veniamin of Southern Bessarabia.
On this occasion, His Eminence officiated the Holy Liturgy, where he exhorted the faithful to cultivate sincere and selfless love towards fellow human beings and towards those who harm us.
"Lord Christ urges us to do things without expecting anything from the other, but at the same time with the desire to expand the inter-human relationship from the reasons of coexistence in society."
"People have certain attitudes towards loving those who have not done you good, those who may even have done you harm. That is why the Savior said to love your neighbors and do them good and you will be sons of the Most High", said His Eminence.
