Registrations for ITO Oltenia 2026 have begun: Approximately 300 young people are expected to participatetranslated

Registrations have begun for the Meeting of the Orthodox Youth from Oltenia, an event in which approximately 300 young people are expected to participate in Craiova on August 26-27.

The activity is organized by the Youth and Catechism Sector of the Archdiocese of Craiova. The participants will come from the four dioceses of the Metropolis of Oltenia.

The program will start with the evening prayer at the Cathedral "Saint Dimitrie the Great Martyr" in Craiova and will continue with activities dedicated to young people, aimed at encouraging dialogue, communion and closeness between the participants.

An important component of this year's edition is the interactive workshops dedicated to the Christian family. Young people will discuss relationships, family, responsibility and assuming Christian values ​​in a constantly changing society.

The ITO Oltenia 2026 program will also include a procession through the streets of Craiova, conceived as a moment of public confession of faith and communion between participants.
