ASCOR Chisinau invites children and teenagers to a caravan about friendship and faithtranslated

Volunteers of the Association of Romanian Christian-Orthodox Students (ASCOR), Chisinau branch, invite children and teenagers on August 26, 2026 to a caravan dedicated to friendship and faith.

The activity will take place in the "St. Ioan Iacob Hozevitul" Parish in the Ciocana sector of the capital of the Republic of Moldova.

Entitled "Friendship that saves you", the action is designed as a space for dialogue and training where participants will be able to discuss relationships with those around them, group pressure, faith and challenges encountered in the family, at school or in the online environment.

The program proposes team games, practical exercises and discussions starting from situations that children and adolescents can face in their everyday life.

Participants will also analyze situations such as the fear of being ridiculed for going to church, the temptation to copy at school or the influence of language and behaviors in the group of friends.

Dialogue about the challenges of age Mihai Dîrzu, vice-president of ASCOR Chisinau, explained that the theme of the project starts from the importance of relationships that help young people preserve their values and develop in a healthy way.…
