On July 9, 2026, on the day of remembrance of the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God, Archbishop John of Brest and Kobrin celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the Church of the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God in Brest on the occasion of the patronal feast.

Concelebrating with His Eminence were: the dean of the churches of the Brest urban district, the rector of the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Brest, Archpriest Peter Romanovich; Secretary of the Brest Diocesan Administration, Dean of the churches of the Zhabinka district, rector of the Church of St. Cyril of Turov in Zhabinka, Archpriest Sergiy Petrusevich; assistant secretary of the diocesan administration, rector of the parish of the Church of the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God in Brest, priest Andrei Petrusevich; clergy of the Brest city, Brest district, Zhabinkovsky and Kamenets deaneries.

The diaconal rank was headed by the cleric of the Cathedral of St. Simeon the Stylite in Brest, Deacon John Shkulepa.
