On August 9, 2026, on the day of the great martyr and healer Panteleimon, Archbishop John of Brest and Kobrin celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the agricultural town of Doropeevichi, Malorita district, on the occasion of the 355th anniversary of the consecration of the church.
His Eminence was served by: the dean of the churches of the Malorita district, the rector of the parish of the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in the city of Malorita, Archpriest Victor Poletilo; the rector of the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the agricultural town of Doropeevichi, Priest Vladimir Fedoruk; clergy of the Kobrin and Malorita deaneries.
The diaconal rank was headed by the cleric of the Cathedral of St. Simeon the Stylite in Brest, Deacon John Boksha.
After the special litany, Archbishop John offered a prayer for the restoration of peace.
