The archpastors led the solemn all-night vigil in the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in Chelyabinsktranslated

On the eve of the celebration of the memory of Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Duke Vladimir and the Day of the Baptism of Rus', the all-night vigil in the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ was led by Metropolitan Vikenty of Tashkent and Uzbekistan, Metropolitan Alexy of Chelyabinsk and Miass, Bishop Leonid of Argentina and South America. The archpastors were concelebrated by the secretary of the Chelyabinsk diocese, Archpriest Igor Shestakov, the keymaster of St. Simeon's Cathedral, Archpriest Vladimir Manichev, and numerous clergy of the Chelyabinsk diocese. The chants of the service were performed by the Bishop's male choir "Axios" under the direction of regent Alexander Khakimov. For the Chelyabinsk Cathedral, the holiday of Grand Duke Vladimir is patronal. The lower church, opened on April 28, 2024, was consecrated in honor of the Baptist of Rus'.
