Le 28 juin 2026, le 4ème dimanche après la Pentecôte, l'archevêque Jean de Magadan et Sinegorsk a célébré la Divine Liturgie à la cathédrale Sainte-Trinité de Magadan. Son Éminence était servie par le clergé de la cathédrale. A la fin du service, l'archipasteur s'est adressé aux croyants avec un sermon consacré à la lecture de l'Évangile du dimanche. Спасибо, что рассказали. Интересно, о каком именно евангельском чтении владыка Иоанн говорил в проповеди — о сотнике или о другом отрывке? У нас в Сан-Франциско тоже часто служат в Троицком соборе, всегда приятно читать такие новости из Магадана.

Thank you, Helen. The sermon was on the centurion from Matthew 8 — that wonderful line about faith and healing really stuck with me. Our Trinity Cathedral here in San Francisco has the same name, doesn't it? Small world.
