The bishop's male choir "Axios" took part in the All-Russian singing festival "Russian Field"translated

The bishop's male choir "Axios" of the Chelyabinsk Metropolis became a participant in the III All-Russian singing festival "Russian Field", which was held in Chelyabinsk and brought together more than 300 performers from different regions of Russia. The festival, founded in 2024 on the initiative of the governor of the Chelyabinsk region Alexei Teksler, has already become one of the largest choral venues in the Southern Urals. This year, together with Chelyabinsk groups, choirs from Belgorod, Perm, Ufa, Magnitogorsk, the republics of Mordovia, Udmurtia and Bashkortostan performed there. The bishop's male choir "Axios" represented the Chelyabinsk Metropolis along with the country's leading professional groups. The culmination of the holiday was the joint performance of all participants, united into a single large choir, symbolizing the unity of the Russian singing tradition. The concept of the festival is aimed at preserving and popularizing Russian folk, spiritual, patriotic and children's songs. The bright end of the program was a musical performance on the Miass River: to the composition “From Behind the Island to the Core,” boats passed through the water area, complementing the festival with a spectacular historical and musical performance.
