Bishop's Vespers for the Feast of St. Stefan Milutin stole from the cathedral church “St. Martyr Nedelya”translated

On the eve of the feast in the world, Stefan Milutin stole into the Metropolitan Cathedral Church of the “St. Martyr Nedelya” and the bishop’s vespers with petochread were served.

The divine service was led by Negovo, His Eminence of Branitsky, Bishop Yoan, vicar of the Metropolitan of Sofia, in service with Negovo, the Most Reverend Archimandrite Methodius, abbot of the Hilendar monastery, icon Peter Slavov, chairman of the ecclesiastical abbot of the church, church clergy and clerics from the capital.

Prayerful participation in the service was held by Negovo, His Excellency Bulgarian Patriarch and Metropolitan Daniel of Sofia, confessors from the Hilendar Manastir and Negovo, Excellency Milan Ravich, envoy to the Republic of Sarbia in Bulgaria.

The chants were sung from the psalt and the clergy under the direction of Dr. Andrey Kasabov, secretary at the Sofiaskata of Light Metropolis.

At the end of the service, Bishop Ioan pronounce a word, which means something for the holiday.

On the next day, the Liturgy was again presided over from Negovo by His Holiness the Bulgarian Patriarch and Sofia Metropolitan Daniel, served with Timochki Metropolitan Hilarion and the Bulgarian bishops.
