Ortodoksyjnych chrześcijan Dagestanu reprezentował na spotkaniu arcybiskup Warlaam z Machaczkały i Derbentu.

W rozmowie z duchowieństwem tradycyjnych wspólnot religijnych Kaukazu Północnego poruszono kwestie zachowania i umacniania harmonii międzyetnicznej i międzyreligijnej opartej na rosyjskich wartościach duchowych i moralnych.
