Архиепископ Стефан совершил вечернее богослужение в кафедральном соборе Гомеля

19 июля 2026 года Высокопреосвященнейший Стефан, архиепископ Гомельский и Жлобинский, совершил вечернее богослужение в Свято-Петро-Павловском кафедральном соборе города Гомеля.

Его Высокопреосвященству сослужило духовенство кафедрального собора. За богослужением акафист был прочитан нараспев.

Духовенство и прихожане соборно вознесли молитвы, испрашивая у Господа помощи, укрепления в вере и благословения на предстоящую седмицу.

I agree, the sung akathist does lift the whole service. Our choir here in Sydney does it that way on Wednesdays and it always feels less like reading and more like everyone’s actually praying together. Did you manage to attend the service in Gomel?
