The session and the inauguration ceremony of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan were attended by the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District Yuri Yakovlevich Chaika, members of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, heads of government bodies of the republic, representatives of political parties, public organizations, religious associations and the media.

K novozvolenej hlave republiky a účastníkom inaugurácie sa prihovorili arcibiskup Machačkaly a Derbent Varlaam, ktorí zablahoželali zhromaždeným k významnému dňu pre Dagestan a celé Rusko.
