Archbishop Timotei of Arad celebrated on Sunday together with the community of Vinga, Arad county, the centenary of the consecration of the parish church.

His Eminence officiated the Holy Liturgy, where he emphasized the importance of listening and assuming the divine words through concrete examples, such as faith and good deeds.

At the same time, the Archbishop of Arad recalled the significance of the 7th Ecumenical Synod for the life of the Church and highlighted the importance of defending the true faith.

At the end of the service, the parish priest Răzvan Sas thanked His Holiness Father Timotei for his service and the clergy and believers who supported the works carried out over the years at the place of worship.
