Archbishop Eftimie Luca, commemorated in Roman, 12 years after passing to the Lord: IPS Joachim evoked his legacytranslated

On this occasion, His Eminence officiated the Parastas service at the "Holy Pious Parascheva" Archbishop's Cathedral in Roman, together with Vicar Bishop Teofil Trotușanul.
"At several times of the year he is remembered and we bring him to the image of our eyes, not bodily, but soulful. With the eye of thought, with the eye that never sleeps, through it we see those who have left us and whom we loved for their exceptional qualities," said the archbishop.
The Most Reverend Father Joachim showed that the connection with the sleeping ones is preserved through prayer and by remembering their deeds.
"The commemoration of the dead brings us communion. It brings us thanks, and we show our thanks to those who were our shepherds, who were our teachers, and who went to the Lord. Their commemoration means that we are the seal of their apostleship, of those who have departed from us."
Concerned with the preservation of heritage The Most Reverend Father Joachim emphasized the care...
