Archbishop of Athens: Let us love more and judge less

“Let us ask the Panagia to teach us to bring more Christ into our lives,” Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece urged the faithful at the Holy Hermitage of the Transfiguration of the Savior–Saint Porphyrios in Milesi, Attiki, where the Divine Liturgy was celebrated this morning for the great Feast of the Dormition of the Theotokos.
The Divine Eucharist was celebrated by Protopresbyter Emmanouil Papamikroulis, priest in charge of the Holy Hermitage and General Archiepiscopal Vicar of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens.
In his sermon, the Archbishop reflected on the message of the Dormition of the Theotokos, emphasizing that, through pain and trial, the Panagia teaches us to place greater trust in God and to face fear with faith and hope.
