Archbishop Elpidophoros blesses new offices of Huffington Ecumenical Institute

Archbishop Elpidophoros of America performed an Agiasmos service for the blessing of the new offices of the Huffington Ecumenical Institute (HEI) at Hellenic College Holy Cross.
The Archbishop was joined for the official opening of the new office space by Archon-elect Michael Huffington, the Institute’s chief benefactor, and Archon George Cantonis, former President of Hellenic College Holy Cross.
Speaking after the blessing, Archbishop Elpidophoros expressed his gratitude to Huffington for his generosity and continued support for the Institute.
He commended the benefactor as an example of using one’s resources to support the Church and advance its initiatives.
The ceremony also marked a new phase of support for the Huffington Ecumenical Institute. Huffington reaffirmed his commitment to the Institute’s future by signing a new agreement of support with Hellenic College Holy Cross.
The Huffington Ecumenical Institute is based at Hellenic College Holy Cross and focuses on ecumenical dialogue and engagement.
