APSA: 2025 Financial Statements show stronger Net Assets and continued service to Holy See

In the year marked by the papal succession, the Administration of the Patrimony of the Apostolic See (APSA) closed its ordinary financial year with Net Assets rising to €2.686 billion. Its twofold priority remains safeguarding and strengthening the Church's patrimony while ensuring the services on which the Roman Curia depends.

Matej KováčIt is good to see that net assets rose to 2.686 billion euros even in the year when the pope changed. I wonder if this stability will be reflected in the Curia's regular expenses, because the services it depends on are quite expensive.

Tomáš BalážYou are right, Matej, the increase in net assets to 2.686 billion is a good sign, especially after the change of the Pope. I wonder if this will also affect the Curia's current expenses, because APSA's accounting shows that services still cost a lot of money. Perhaps it would help if they published a more detailed breakdown of expenses, at least in rough numbers.
