On October 21, 2026, the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal satisfied the appeal in the case regarding the change of denominational affiliation of the Saint Nicholas religious community of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the village of Voloshy, Kovel district, Volyn region. This was announced by lawyer Mykyta Chekman in his Telegram channel, the Information and Education Department of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church reports.
