On September 17, 2026, the South-Western Appellate Economic Court refused the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office to satisfy the appeal, which demanded that the building of the church in honor of the icon of the Mother of God "Znamenia" be removed from the Odesa diocese of the UOC.
