Germany: the Serbian monastery of Himmelsthür consecrated after its restorationtranslated

On October 3, the renovated Monastery of the Dormition of the Most Holy Mother of God, the only Serbian Orthodox monastery in Germany, was consecrated in Himmelsthür, a district of Hildesheim located about thirty kilometers south of Hanover. The solemn liturgy was presided over by Metropolitan Joanikije of Montenegro and Littoral, while the rite of great consecration was celebrated by Metropolitan Gregory
