Predvečer svätého patróna v kostole vo Fălticeni: relikvie svätých Epiktéta a Astiona niesli v procesiipreložené

Relikvie svätých Epiktéta a Astiona niesli v sprievode v nedeľu, v predvečer patróna kostola „Saint Ilie“ vo Fălticeni v okrese Suceava.

Na podujatí sa stretli duchovní, rehoľníci, úradníci a mnohí veriaci, ktorí sprevádzali sväté relikvie ulicami obce na púti, ktorá sa už stala tradíciou.

Na podujatí sa zúčastnil aj Jeho Svätosť Otec Damaschin Dorneanul, vikár biskup Arcidiecézy Suceava a Rădăuţi.

Po požehnaní hierarchom sa od kostola „Sv. Ilia“ vydal sprievod cez niekoľko ulíc mesta. Na trase sa recitovali litánie pri Mestskej nemocnici, pri kostole Nanebovzatia Panny Márie, pred Mestským úradom a na promenáde Katedrály vzkriesenia v meste.

Komunitná tradícia Na záver podujatia biskup vikár Damaschin Dorneanul vysvetlil, že procesia bola aj príležitosťou na modlitbu za potreby komunity. Jeho Eminencia pripomenula, že pred nemocnicou sa konali modlitby za chorých a za zdravotnícky personál a v blízkosti nového sídla radnice sa účastníci modlili za povolaných spravovať komunitu.

Bine că au trecut și pe la spital cu moaștele. Rugăciunea pentru bolnavi și doctori e cea mai la timp. La noi în parohie am făcut o procesiune mai mică vara trecută, dar tot se simțea puterea.
