Icos 1 Chosen in need of Christ, Saint Magdalene, the praise of Mălainita and the most beautiful pearl of the Orthodox nation, invincible brightness of the confessors of the Holy Trinity, Whom you now stand before, pray for us, who speak to you like this:

Rejoice, what you bring to the Lord in the singing heavens;

Rejoice, what you are now in imperishable glory;

Rejoice, that the human race honors you;

Rejoice, guide of common salvation;

Rejoice, giver of earthly goods;

Rejoice, solitaire of heavenly gifts;

Rejoice, that you bless the souls that bring you contentment;

Rejoice, that you followed the Lord's commandments with great desire;

Rejoice, that you did not tire in doing good;

Rejoice, praise and strengthen Timochus;

Rejoice, that in the Church of Christ you are a worthy offering;

Rejoice, that you fulfill our requests for benefits;
