Akathist of Saint Andrew the Apostle, the First Called (Full text)translated

The troparion You who were among the Apostles first-called and to Peter, true brother, to the Master of all, Andrew, pray, peace to the world and give great mercy to our souls.
Condac 1 The first disciple called and the next disciple of Christ's Passion, Andrew the apostle, Peter's brother, let us believers praise him, because he turned the pagans from deception to baptism. For this we sing to him: Rejoice, Saint Andrew, Apostle!
Ikos 1 Cleanse my soul troubled by thoughts and bad words with your divine gift, which has settled in you, preacher of Christ Andrew, so that, being clean, a worthy song may spring like this:
Rejoice, you who became an apostle from a fisherman;
Rejoice, that first you had Saint John the Baptist as a teacher;
Rejoice, that from the crowd of disciples the Savior first called you to the apostolic gift;
Rejoice, that you became a disciple of Christ with great faith;
Rejoice, because you also brought your brother, Peter, to Christ;
Rejoice, that together with all the apostles you followed the Lord;
Rejoice, that you are among the first apostles of Christ;
Rejoice, that you have kept approved love...
