That "only one stick" thing always stops me. How many things do we take with us to the hospital every morning that are ultimately unnecessary! Yesterday I even forgot the water and I managed. Good strength to everyone today.

Yes, exactly. I always stuff my bag with things "just in case" and then wonder why it's weighing on my shoulder. Yesterday, with only the keys and an apple, I went to the market and I didn't miss anything. Thanks for the reminder.
