700 children successfully completed the school year with the help of the Royal Margareta Foundation of Romaniatranslated

700 children from the whole country have successfully completed the school year with the help of the Royal Margareta Foundation of Romania, it is announced in a press release from the foundation.
The projects took place in communities in Bucharest and 17 other counties and aimed at preventing school dropouts, improving learning outcomes and developing essential skills for the future. The results at the end of the school year confirm the effectiveness of the intervention: the supported children continue their educational journey.
The support offered by the Royal Foundation also reached children belonging to several ethnic communities, for whom constant access to education, emotional support and material resources is essential in preventing social exclusion.
In the recently concluded 2025–2026 school year, at least 185 children of Roma, Hungarian and German ethnicity were supported. For these children, the Royal Foundation's programs meant not only homework support or scholarships for school, but also a safe space where they were encouraged, listened to and integrated into the community.
