On October 31 and November 1, missionary events were held in the parish of the Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist (the village of Sidorovskoye). The rector of the church, Abbot Kliment (Onuchin), visited the residents of the village of Sidorovskoye, the village of Vasilyevskoye and the village of Seminovo, Ivanovo district. He congratulated the villagers on the upcoming holiday of the Kazan Icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Day of National Unity, and spoke in detail about their historical and spiritual significance. Participants in each meeting were given information booklets about the holiday, prepared by the Synodal Missionary Department and replicated by the Ivanovo-Voznesensk Diocese.
