08/20/26 Bishop's service of the Divine Liturgy in the Assumption Cathedraltranslated

On August 20, on the feast of the discovery of the relics of St. Mitrofan, Bishop of Voronezh, the day of remembrance of St. Anthony of Optina, Metropolitan Joseph of Ivanovo-Voznesensk and Vichuga celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Assumption Cathedral in the city of Ivanovo.

Concelebrating with the Bishop were Abbot Vitaly (Utkin), Priest Mikhail Kupriyanov, Hieromonk Feofan (Naumov), Hierodeacon Avksentiy (Fokin) and Hierodeacon Andrey (Datsko).

The apostle was read by Hierodeacon Andrei (Datsko).

The Gospel was read by Hierodeacon Auxentius (Fokin).

The service of hymns was performed by Hieromonk John (Pletmintsev) and Hierodeacon Varnava (Laguta).

The subdeacons were Deacon Sergius Vityazev, Andrei Filippov, Pavel Romashenko and Alexander Silaev.
