10/18/2026 Bishop John of Shuisky and Teikovsky performed priestly ordination at the Divine Liturgy in the Resurrection Cathedraltranslated

On October 18, the 20th Sunday after Pentecost, Bishop John of Shuya and Teikovsky celebrated the Divine Liturgy and priestly ordination at the Resurrection Cathedral.

The cathedral clergy served with the Bishop. The diaconal rank was headed by Deacon Alexander Volov. Liturgical chants were performed by the Bishop's Choir of the Resurrection Cathedral.

During the Divine Liturgy, the archpastor consecrated Deacon Sergius Tyulenev to presbyter.

At the end of the Liturgy, Bishop John visited the fraternal building under construction. Hieromonk Gerasim, I. O. Principal of the Resurrection Cathedral, told the Bishop about the current stage of construction.
