During the days of the shrine's presence, 130 people will help pilgrims. The duty will be organized in shifts: about 20–25 volunteers will work simultaneously in the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ and in the surrounding area. They will meet pilgrims, help them find their way, regulate traffic in the queue and pay special attention to the elderly and people with limited mobility, parents with children and those who need additional help.
