On September 12, the feast of the transfer of the relics of the blessed prince Alexander Nevsky, Metropolitan Joseph of Ivanovo-Voznesensk and Vichuga led the service of the Divine Liturgy in the St. Nicholas Church in the village of Novo-Talitsy, Ivanovo region. At the end of the liturgy, a religious procession and consecration of the newly built chapel in honor of the icon of the Mother of God “Life-Giving Source” took place.

Metropolitan Joseph read a prayer for Holy Russia.

Concelebrating with the Bishop were the rector of the church, Priest Sergius Obukhov, Priest Mikhail Kupriyanov, Priest Georgiy Alekseev, Protodeacon Pavel Konik, Deacon Konstantin Laguta and Deacon Kirill Shtanin.

The apostle was read by Deacon Konstantin Laguta.

The Gospel was read by Protodeacon Pavel Konik.

Liturgical hymns were performed by the choir of the Spaso-Euphemius Monastery in the city of Suzdal.

The subdeacons were Reader Ilya Novikov, Hierodeacon Andrey (Datsko), Deacon Alexander Lityaev and Alexander Filippov.
