Slavic text
Russian translation
To You, O Lord my God, I bow my head, and in confession of my heart I cry: I have sinned, O Lord, I have sinned in heaven and before You, and I am not worthy to ask You for forgiveness: but You, as a Lover of Mankind, like the prodigal son, have mercy on me, just as a publican has justified me, and as a thief of Your Kingdom, vouchsafe me.
To You, Lord my God, I bow my head and in heartfelt confession I cry to You: My Lord and Father! I have sinned, I have sinned against Heaven and before You, and I am not worthy to ask You for forgiveness; but You, as a Lover of mankind, without retribution, like the prodigal son, have mercy on me! Justify me as a tax collector, and as a thief, make me worthy of Your Heavenly Kingdom!
Prayer with the words of the priest: Grace and bounty

O God Almighty, who created all creation with wisdom, and raised up me, who had fallen through many sins, with Your hand; Give me Your help and grant me freedom from worldly temptations, from the devil’s snares and from carnal lusts. Have mercy, and forgive me all that You have sinned all the days of my life; anoint my soul with the oil of grace and generosity of Your only begotten Son, the Lord God and our Savior Jesus Christ, with Him to You and Your Holy Spirit be due all glory forever. Amen. God is Almighty! Who created all creation with His wisdom - and me, who fell in the person of the Forefather Adam - raised me from the abyss of condemnation and curse, with an omnipotent hand! Give me now Your almighty help, and grant me the opportunity to free myself from the temptations of the world, from the devil’s snares and from the passions of my body! Have mercy on me and forgive me everything I have sinned against You, all the days of my life!
Anoint my soul with the oil of grace and generosity of Your only begotten Son, the Lord God and our Savior, Jesus Christ, with whom all glory belongs to You and Your Holy Spirit forever. Truly!

Slavic text
Russian translation
One Holy of Holies, one King of kings and Lord of lords, Jesus Christ my God! You, who exist in the depths and in the eternal glory of God the Father, sharing us with the sufferer, and under the guise of bread and wine in these most pure Mysteries, I worship the true God and man, as in heaven, and glorifying You, as God and my Savior, I pray: look upon me at this hour and all the days of my life, and have mercy on me: on the day of the separation of my soul from my body, accept me in Thy hand in peace, and having mercy, rest with the Saints. One Most Holy of Holies, One King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ my God! You, who abides in God the Father and His eternal glory, You, who suffered, working out our salvation, and now, under the guise of bread and wine, in these most pure Mysteries, appearing, You, as true God and true man, ascended into heaven and abiding there, I worship and, glorifying You, as My God and Savior, I beg you: turn your gaze to me Yours, both at this hour and all the days of my life, and have mercy on me!
On the day of separation of my soul from my body, accept it into Your hands in peace and, having spared it, rest with the saints!

Master, Lord Jesus Christ, our God!
Memories for the sake of Thy holy passions, life-giving deaths and burials, kindle the darkness of my passions, and enlighten my darkened eyes to the knowledge of Thy truth, and do not detest my sighing: since my son is unclean and filthy, I dare to extend prayers to You and call upon Thy most holy and terrible name; but since You alone are merciful, and aware of the weakness of human nature, and all that we demand, I humbly pray to Thee: show us, unworthy of the great riches of Thy mercy, grant me remission of sins, and visit me with Thy grace, so that Thy word may dwell in me and abide, and I will be a church to Thy Most Holy Spirit, and guide me on the path of Thy commandments, to walk always in Thy truth, and teach me to perform the Holy in Thy Passion, so that even at the hour of the departure of my soul from the body I will be honored to receive part of Thy Holy Things, and now with fear and faith I will see Your Most Pure Body offered in the form of bread, and in the form of wine - the Life-giving Blood Yours; For You are my true incarnate God, and through You I hope to be delivered from all evil and to receive salvation from You, glorifying You with the Father and the Holy Spirit forever.
Amen. Our Master and God, Jesus Christ! For the sake of remembering Your holy suffering, life-giving death and burial, disperse the darkness of my passions and enlighten my darkened eyes to the knowledge of Your truths. Do not be disgusted by my sighs and the fact that I, being unclean in thoughts and defiled by sins, dare to send prayers to You and call on Your Most Holy and Terrible Name! But I pray to You, as the only Merciful One who knows all the weaknesses of human nature and everything it needs; - show me, unworthy, the great wealth of Your mercies, - grant me forgiveness of my sins and do not deprive me of Your benefits! May Your word dwell in my soul and remain in it, and may I be a church to Your Most Holy Spirit! Guide me on the path of Your commandments, so that I may constantly abide in Your truth, and teach me to accept Your Holy Mysteries with fear, which you will not deprive me of even at the hour of my death! May I see, even now, with fear and faith, in them; under the guise of bread - Your Most Pure Body and under the guise of wine - Your Life-giving Blood!
For You are my True God, who took upon Yourself, for my salvation, human flesh, and only through You do I hope to get rid of all evil and receive salvation; and therefore I glorify You, with Your Father and the Holy Spirit forever. Truly!
Prayer during the removal of the Holy Gifts with the words: With the fear of God and faith, approach!
