CHEESE FOR THE MORNING TUESDAY
According to the 2nd verse, sedalen, voice 8.
Similar: Wisdom, and Word:
O most good Word, with the Father and the Spirit, having created the visible and the invisible together, by Thy ineffable wisdom, the light of Lent has passed away, in the world of deep good will Compassionate, resolving the charm of bitter sin, giving tenderness and healing, tears, and forgiveness of sins, and with an undoubted soul, fasting with a zealous spirit, from the Angels we sing power Yours.
After the second kathisma - sedalene, tone 8.
Similar: Wisdom and Word...
O super-good Word, who, together with the Father and the Spirit, created both the visible and the invisible in Thy ineffable wisdom! Grant [us], O Kindhearted One, to pass through the time of bright Lent in deep peace, revealing the deception of bitter sin, and giving [us] contrition, and healing tears and forgiveness of sins! So that, fasting in good spirits and without any doubts in the soul, together with the angels we sing Your power.
Slava, too. And now, the Mother of God:
Wisdom and the Word in Your womb, conceived ineffably by the Mother of God, you gave birth to the world containing the world, and in your arms you held the all-encompassing Feeder of all and The Creator and the Lord, I also pray to you, the All-Singing Virgin, and by faith I glorify You, to be freed from my sins, when the imams appear before the face of my Creator, the Lady of the pure Virgin, Then grant me your help: for you can, as the All-Immaculate One wills.
Slava..., same sedal. And now... Theotokos.
Having inexpressibly conceived Wisdom and the Word in Your womb, You gave birth to the World's Owner of the World, and in Your arms You carried Him Who embraces and nourishes everything - the Creator of the Lord. Therefore, with faith I glorify You and persistently pray, O All-Holy Virgin, to deliver me from my sins when I have to appear before the face of the Creator. O Lady, Pure Virgin, then grant me Your help, for You can [fulfill everything] you want, O All-Perfect One!

It is time for repentance, to show the fruits worthy of God, my soul, strive, arise, and cry diligently, in penances and prayers: sing, bless and exalt Christ forever.
The time of repentance [has come], hasten, my soul, to discover the worthy fruits of repentance before God; arise, and begin to exclaim diligently in prayers and fasting: “Sing, bless and exalt Christ forever!”
