Remember, Lord our God, in faith and hope the life of your eternal departed servant, (name), and as you are Good and Lover of mankind, forgive sins and consume untruths, weaken, Forgive and forgive all his voluntary and involuntary sins, raising him up at Thy holy second coming to partake of Thy eternal blessings, for the sake of Thy One Faith, the true God and Lover of Humanity. For You are the resurrection and life and rest for Your servant, (name), Christ our God. And we send glory to You, with Your beginningless Father and with the Most Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages, amen.

The most honorable Cherub and the most glorious without comparison Seraphim, without the corruption of God the Word, who gave birth to the real Mother of God, we magnify Thee (bow).

Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen. (bow).

Lord, have mercy (three times).

Lord, bless (bow).

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, through the prayers of Your Most Pure Mother, our reverend and God-bearing fathers and all the saints, have mercy and rest the soul of Your servant, (name), to endless ages, as Good and Lover of Mankind. Amen.

To the servant of God, (name), who has departed, eternal memory, eternal memory, eternal memory.

And we read the troparion three times with bows:

Rest, Lord, to the soul of Your departed servant, (name) (bow), and as much as man has sinned in this life, You, as the Lover of Mankind, forgive him and have mercy (bow), deliver eternal torment (bow), give a participant to the Heavenly Kingdom (bow) and do something useful for our souls (bow).
