How beloved is Your village, O Lord of hosts! My soul desires and ends for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh rejoice in the living God. For the bird will find itself a church, and the turtledove a nest where it will lay its young, Thy altars, O Lord of hosts, my King and my God. The blessed ones who live in Your house will praise You forever and ever. Blessed is the man, whose intercession is with You; Put the ascent in your heart, in the vale of tears, in the place of the hedgehog, for the one who lays down the law will give the blessing. They will go from strength to strength: the God of gods will appear in Zion. Lord God of Hosts, hear my prayer, inspire, O God of Jacob. Our protector, see, O God, and look upon the face of Thy Christ. For it is better to have one day in Your courts than a thousand: I wish I could wander into the house of my God rather than live in the villages of sinners. Because the Lord loves mercy and truth, God will give grace and glory, the Lord will not deprive the good of those who walk in kindness. Lord God of Powers, blessed is man who trusts in Thee.

How much I desire Your abodes, O Lord of hosts! My soul yearns and yearns, longing for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh rejoiced in the Living God. For the bird finds its home, the turtledove finds its nest, where it raises its young, and my refuge is Your altars, O Lord of hosts, my King and my God! Blessed are those who live in Your house; they will praise You forever! Blessed is the man who has found protection from You; He planned his ascent to God in his heart, in the valley of repentant tears, in the place designated, for he would be blessed by the Creator of the Law. The righteous will increase in strength; The God of gods will appear to them in Zion. Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer, give ear, O God of Jacob! Our Defender, look, O God, look at the face of Your anointed! For one day in Your courts is better than a thousand other days; I would rather stand at the threshold of the house of my God than live in the tents of sinners. For the Lord loves mercy and truth, God gives grace and glory; The Lord will not deprive those who live in kindness of His blessings. Lord God of hosts, blessed is the man who trusts in You!

Psalm 84

Finally, son of Kore, psalm.
In the end, the sons of Korah, psalm 84.

Thou hast favored, O Lord, Thy land, Thou hast returned the captivity of Jacob: Thou hast forsaken the iniquities of Thy people, Thou hast covered all their sins. Thou hast tamed all Thy anger, thou hast returned from the wrath of Thy wrath. Bring us back, O God of our salvation, and turn away Your wrath from us. Are you angry with us forever? Or will You spread Your wrath from generation to generation? God, You will return to revive us, and Your people will rejoice in You. Show us, Lord, Your mercy, and give us Your salvation. I will hear what the Lord God speaks about me: for He speaks peace against His people, and against His saints, and against those who turn their hearts to Him. Moreover, His salvation is near to those who fear Him, to bring glory to our land. Mercy and truth have met, justice and peace have kissed each other. Truth has risen from the earth, and righteousness has come from heaven, for the Lord will give goodness, and our land will yield its fruit. Justice will go before Him and set its feet in the way. You have shown favor, O Lord, to Your land and brought back the sons of Jacob from captivity.

You have forgiven the iniquities of Your people, you have blotted out their sins; I have tempered Your anger, I have tamed Your wrathful fury. Return us to our land, O God our Savior, and turn away Your wrath from us! Will you be angry with us forever? Or will Your wrath last from generation to generation? God, You will turn your gaze to us and restore life to us, and Your people will rejoice in You. Show us, O Lord, Thy mercy, grant us Thy salvation! I will hear with my heart what the Lord God will say: how He will proclaim peace to His people, to His righteous and to those who have turned their hearts to Him. Truly salvation is drawing near to those who fear God, glory will come to our land! Mercy and truth met, truth and peace kissed each other; Truth has shone from the earth, and truth has bowed down from Heaven; For the Lord will give us good, and our land will bear its fruit. Truth will walk before Him and direct its steps.

Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

After kathisma 11. Trisagion according to Our Father: Troparion, tone 7:

Having, my soul, the medicine of repentance, / begin with tears, crying out with sighs: / I am a physician of soul and body, / free me, O Lover of mankind, from many sins, / compare me with the harlot, and the thief and the publican, / and grant me, O God, forgiveness of my iniquities, / and save me.
Having, my soul, a hospital of repentance, / approach, shedding tears, / with a groan, exclaiming to the Physician of souls and bodies: / “Free me, O Lover of Mankind, from my sins, / number me with the harlot, and the thief, and the tax collector, / and grant me, O God, forgiveness of my iniquities / and save me!”

Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. I am not jealous of the publican’s repentance, / and the harlot’s tears were not acquired: / I am perplexed because of my blindness / about such a correction, / but by Your compassion save me, O Christ God, / as a Lover of mankind.
Glory: I was not jealous of the publican’s repentance, / and I did not win the harlot’s tears: / for through insensibility I doubt / my ability for such correction; / but by Thy mercy save me, O Christ God, / as a Lover of mankind.

And now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen. Mother of God, the Undefiled Virgin, / pray to Your Son with the heavenly Powers, / grant us forgiveness of sins before the end, / and great mercy.
And now: Mother of God, Virgin free from filth, / pray to Your Son with the highest Powers, / to grant us, before the end, forgiveness of sins / and great mercy.

Lord, have mercy (40) and prayer:
Lord, have mercy (40) and prayer:

Shine in our hearts, O Lord, the love of mankind, of Your knowledge of God, the imperishable light, and open our mental eyes, in Your gospel sermons, understanding, invest in us and Your blessed ones fear of the commandments, so that all carnal lusts may be trampled, let us pass through spiritual life, all that is to please You, both wisely and actively. For You are the enlightenment of our souls and bodies, O Christ God, and to You we ascribe glory, with Your Beginning Father and Your All-Holy, and Good, and Life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and forever and ever, amen. Light in our hearts, O loving Lord, Your imperishable light of knowledge of God and open the eyes of our minds to understand Your gospel preaching! Place in us also the fear of Your blessed commandments, so that we, trampling all carnal desires, may lead a spiritual life, thinking and doing everything that is pleasing to You.

For You are the enlightenment of our souls and bodies, O Christ our God, and we send up glory to You, with Your Originless Father and Your All-Holy, Good, and Life-giving Spirit, now and always, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
