Bread, O Christ, do not despise me, Thy Body, and now Thy Divine Blood, most pure, O Lord, and Thy terrible Mysteries, may the accursed partake, may it not be for me in judgment, may it be for me in the eternal and immortal life.

Don't despise me - don't deprive me of the opportunity. To court - to condemnation. The belly is life.

Take bread, O Christ, do not despise me, Thy Body. In modern language there would be a different word order: “Do not despise me, O Christ, take Bread—Thy Body,” or at least a different punctuation: “Bread, O Christ, take do not despise me—Thy Body.”
