Stichos: Glorify Him in the timpani and face, / glorify Him in the strings and organ.
Гдⷭ҇и, ве́лїе и҆ стра́шно є҆́сть / твоегѡ̀ воскрⷭ҇нїѧ та́инство: / та́кѡ бо произше́лъ є҆сѝ ѿ гро́ба, / ꙗ҆́кѡ жени́хъ ѿ черто́га, / сме́ртїю сме́рть разрꙋши́вый, / да а҆да́ма свободи́ши. / тѣ́мже на нб҃сѣ́хъ а҆́гг҃ли ликовствꙋ́ютъ, / и҆ на землѝ человѣ́цы сла́вѧтъ, / є҆́же на на́съ бы́вшее бл҃гоꙋтро́бїе твоѐ, чл҃вѣколю́бче.
O Lord, most dreadful is Thy mystery of resurrection:
for Thou hast passed forth from the grave,
as the Bridegroom from the foe,
vanquishing death by death,
and freeing Adam.
Therefore on the heavens the angels rejoice,
and on earth men glorify,
that good-will towards us which Thou didst show in Thy lovingkindness.

Stichos: Glorify Him in the heights of resounding psalms. Glorify Him in the heights of exultant cries. / Let every breath glorify the Lord.
Ѽ пребеззако́ннїи і҆ꙋде́є, / гдѣ̀ сꙋ́ть печа̑ти и҆ сре́брєницы, ꙗ҆̀же да́сте во́инѡмъ; / не ѹ҆кра́дено бы́сть сокро́вище, / но воскр҃се ꙗ҆́кѡ си́ленъ: / са́ми же посрами́стесѧ ѿве́ргшїисѧ хрⷭ҇та̀ гдⷭ҇а сла́вы, / пострада́вша и҆ погребе́нна, и҆ воскрⷭ҇ша и҆з̾ ме́ртвыхъ: / томꙋ̀ поклони́мсѧ.
-fashionably unorthodox Jews, / where are the seals and scales, / why for soldiers? / not stolen was the treasure, / but risen by strength: / themselves however will be ashamed having cast off the Lord of glory, / suffering and buried, and risen from the dead: / to Him we shall bow.
Сті́хъ: Воскрⷭ҇нѝ, гдⷭ҇и бж҃е мо́й, да вознесе́тсѧ рꙋка̀ твоѧ̀, / не забꙋ́ди ѹ҆бо́гихъ твои́хъ до конца̀.
Stichos: Arise, O my God, that Thy hand may be lifted up, / and forget not Thy mercies unto the end.
Запеча́танꙋ гро́бꙋ, / ка́кѡ ѡ҆кра́дени бы́сте і҆ꙋде́є, / стра́жы поста́вльше, и҆ зна́мєнїѧ поло́жше, / две́ремъ заключє́ннымъ про́йде цр҃ь; / и҆лѝ ꙗ҆́кѡ ме́ртва предста́вите, / и҆лѝ ꙗ҆́кѡ бг҃ꙋ поклони́тесѧ, съ на́ми пою́ще: / сла́ва гдⷭ҇и, крⷭ҇тꙋ̀ твоемꙋ̀, и҆ воскрⷭ҇нїю твоемꙋ̀.
Sealed the tomb, /
as thou wast betrayed by the Jews, /
watchers were set, and signs laid,
and the King entered through a door sealed;
either as though dead, before us standing,
or as though to God bowing, singing with us:
Glory to Thee, who art glorified, and to Thy Resurrection.

Живопрїѧ́тнагѡ твоегѡ̀ гро́ба, / мѷронѡ́сицы жєны̀ рыда́ющѧ, достиго́ша гдⷭ҇и, / и҆ м›ра носѧ́щѧ, / тѣ́ло твоѐ пречⷭ҇тое пома́зати и҆ска́хꙋ: / ѡ҆брѣто́ша же свѣтоно́сна а҆́гг҃ла на ка́мени сѣдѧ́ща, / и҆ къ ни̑мъ вѣща́юща, и҆ глаго́люща: / что̀ слезитѐ, и҆з̾ ре́бръ и҆сточи́вшаго жи́знь мі́рови; / что̀ и҆́щете ꙗ҆́кѡ ме́ртва во гро́бѣ безсме́ртнаго; / те́кшѧ же па́че возвѣсти́те тогѡ̀ ѹ҆ч҃нкѡ́мъ, / сла́внагѡ є҆гѡ̀ воскрⷭ҇нїѧ всемі́рное ра́дованїе, / и҆́мже и҆ на́съ сп҃се просвѣти́вый, / да́рꙋй ѡ҆чище́нїе и҆ ве́лїю млⷭ҇ть.
O sweet-smelling of Thy grave, O Myrrh-bearers weeping women,
Reaching even unto the Lord,
And bearing death,
They sought to anoint Thy most holy body:
But finding there an angel sitting upon a stone,
He spake unto them and said:
"Whence ye weep, from the ribs of Him who giveth life to all the world;
What seek ye in the grave of the deathless?
Go now and tell this tidings to the disciples,
Bringing glad news of the worldwide resurrection of the glorious One,
By which Thou hast enlightened us all:
Grant us cleansing and great mercy."

Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.

Verily, Thou bearest the true life, O Lord, to men; Thy life doth give, having risen by the Spirit's anointing:
But Thou didst still the tumult of their souls, showing them with hand and foot.
Therefore, O Comforter, Thou hast not yet convinced the unbelievers,
By partaking and remembrance of the Mystery, Thou hast cast them down to the earth, that they might understand the writings:
And having promised the sacred oblation, Thou didst bless them and wast transfigured upon the heavenly.
Wherefore we bow before Thee with them, O Lord, glory be to Thee.

Theotokos, gladsome voice, vespers: Blessed art thou, O Theotokos, / for by thee was Adam from the bonds of hell delivered, / man hath arisen, / the curse is broken, / Eve is set free, / death is destroyed, and we have hoped. / Therefore, singing we cry: / Blessed is Jesus Christ / Who willed thus, glory to Thee.

Glory to Thee who hast shown us the Light.
