And now: Theotokos: You, Mother and Pure Virgin, we bless the birthplace of generations, for you were the purifier of the world, the Savior and Creator, unspeakably giving birth.
Theotokos. We glorify You, O Mother and Pure Virgin, in the birth of generations, for You indescribably gave birth to the Organizer and Deliverer, becoming the Propitiation for the world.
Καὶ νῦν…

Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee.
Apostolic leader, who sing your praises, save: and grant that in the tenderness of the heart, all the days of light-giving fasts will pass away.
Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee!
Save those who sing your praises, O Choir of the Apostles, and deign to pass through all the days of the light-giving Lent in contrition of heart!

Irmos: We magnify, O Christ, Your All-Immaculate Pure Mother: for She gave birth to You naturally in the flesh, delivering us from all flattery and corruption.
Irmos. Christ, we magnify Your Mother, Entirely Immaculate and Pure, because She gave birth to You in the flesh supernaturally, and You saved us from all corruption and corruption.

Lord, You have ordained repentance for me, a sinner, to save me, even though I am unworthy of Your immeasurable mercy. I fall down to You, praying: let me fast, incline my soul, for I have fled to You, the only Many-Merciful One.
Lord, You have established repentance for me, a sinner, desiring to save the unworthy by Your immeasurable mercy. I ask You on my knees: Fast and bow my soul [before You], because I have resorted to You, the Only Most Merciful!

Verse: In the morning we were filled with Thy mercy, O Lord, and we rejoiced and rejoiced, all our days we rejoiced, for the days in this day you humbled us, in the summer in this day we saw evil. And look upon Thy servants, and Thy works, and instruct their sons.
And again: Lord, I am a sinner...
Verse: Early in the morning we were filled with Your mercy, O Lord, and we rejoiced and were glad. All our days we have rejoiced: for the days in which You humbled us, for the years in which we saw evil. And look upon Thy servants and Thy works, and show the way to their sons. (Ps. 89:14–16)
And we repeat the same stichera. Lord, for sinful me...

Verse: And bring the lordship of the Lord our God upon us, and restore the work of our hands upon us, and restore the work of our hands.
Martyred: Like luminaries in the world, you shine even after death, holy martyrs, having fought a good fight, having boldness, pray to Christ to have mercy on our souls.
Verse: And may the light of the Lord our God be upon us, and may the works of our hands be corrected among us, and may the work of our hands be corrected. (Ps. 89:17)
Martyred. Like luminaries, you shine in the world and after death, holy Martyrs, and having accomplished a wonderful feat, you have the courage: pray to Christ to be merciful to our souls!

Glory, even now: Theotokos: Mother of God, Representative of all those who pray to You, we dare in You, and we boast in You, and all our hope is in You, pray to Him who was born from You for unneeded servants Yours.
Glory... and now... Theotokos. O Mother of God, You are the Patroness of all those who pray, we praise You and firmly rely on You, in You lies all our hope. Intercede before the One born of You for [us] Your worthless servants!

Reading the prophecies of Isaiah (Isa. 2: 11–21).
The Lord alone will ascend on that day. It is the day of the Lord of hosts against everyone who is annoying, and proud, and against everyone who is high and majestic, and they will humble themselves. And on every cedar of Lebanon that is high and exalted, and on every acorn tree of Bashan, and on every high mountain, and on every high hill. And on every high pillar, and on every high wall. And for every ship of the sea, and for every vision of the goodness of ships. And every man shall humble himself, and the height of man shall fall, and the Lord alone shall be exalted on that day. And everything made with hands will be hidden in caves, and in the clefts of stones, and in dens of the earth, from the presence of the fear of the Lord, and from the glory of His strength, when He rises to destroy the earth. On that day man will cast out the abominations he has created, gold and silver, and let them be worshiped by the vain and the bat. Enter into the dens of the solid rock, and into the clefts of the stones, from the presence of the fear of the Lord, and from the glory of His strength, when He arises to crush the earth.
