Blessed Virgin, Pure Mother of God,/ standing before the Cross of Thy Son and our God,/ thou hast endured great tribulation/ and thou hast received grace from Him who are in affliction comfort./ Moreover, we reverently look at Your most pure image/ and see You depicted on it before the Cross of our Savior,/ we cry out to You with tenderness:/ Zealous, good and merciful one!/ Hasten to deliver us from all sorrow, need and illness/ and save our souls// Let us glorify Thee with thanksgiving forever.
