(You can read it, you can skip it and start with the chorus:)

Irmos and chants of the Tripes are not sung, but read by readers, and in the opinion of St. Athanasius (Sakharov), the irmos of the tripongs are not pronounced at all, but are given in the Triodion in full in order to serve as similar ones for the singing of subsequent troparions of the tripongs, since in ancient times the troparions of the canons were sung in voice and similar to the irmos; Irmos are sung only in those cases when biblical songs are versified or when there is a special indication of the Typikon (see: Afanasy (Sakharov), bishop. On the commemoration of the departed according to the Charter of the Orthodox Church. St. Petersburg: Satis, 1995. pp. 172-174).

Irmos: I have heard, O Lord,/ seen Your sacrament,/ understood Your works, // and glorified Your Divinity.

Chorus: Holy apostles, pray to God for us.

Through abstinence, the enlightenment of Christ's apostles, the abstinence of our time, the Divine intercessions calm us down.

The two-stringed organ sings the song of salvation, the face of the Divine disciples, the crafty, indignant voices.

By spiritual clothing we have drunk all the sunflowers, the dry land has driven away polytheism, all-blessedness.

Chorus: Most Holy Theotokos, save us.

Theotokos: She who humbled herself to save me, who lived haughtily, who gave birth to the Ascension of a humble nature, the All-Pure Virgin.
