Irmos: To serve the living God in Babylon, the youth endured neglect of the Musikian organs, and stood in the midst of the flames, singing a divine song, saying: bless all the works of the Lord Gentlemen.

Chorus: Merciful Lord, hear the prayer of Your servants praying to You.

Show mercy, Master, in the illness of Thy servant, and heal quickly, O merciful Christ God, and do not yet suffer death, so that You may reward repentance. You yourself said: I don’t want death, sinners.

Chorus: Merciful Lord, hear the prayer of Your servants praying to You.

Merciful Lord, Your glorious miracles will reach us even today: destroy demons, destroy ailments, heal wounds, cure diseases, and perform deeds and sorceries, and all sorts of evils spare us.

Glory: Who forbade, O Christ, the sea wind, and the disciple who turned fear into joy, forbid even now the grave illness that toils Thy servant, that we may all rejoice in praising Thee eyelids.

And now: Deliver us, Mother of God, from the sorrows that have befallen us, various ailments, poison and sorcery, and demonic dreams, and from the slander of evil people, and from vain death, we pray.
